About us

Quince Style is a new company with fresh ideas, founded by Eva and Kate, who live in the same village in rural Somerset. Eva is Swedish and brings a Scandinavian sense of style and practical design, together with a strong appreciation of colour inherited from her artist father. Kate has worked with fabrics all her life and in travels to Japan has been influenced by oriental design with its distinctive use of pattern and subtle colour combinations.

Our fabrics are sourced from all over the world. The fabrics we use are distinctive for their fine quality prints and luscious colours. We get enormous pleasure from working with such wonderful materials and are always discovering exciting new combinations of prints and colour schemes for our products.

We believe that our fabrics speak for themselves. The designs are simple but the combination of colours and patterns gives our patchwork quilts and cushions a sensational look. Our range of products are made from cotton and are machine-washable, to keep life simple.

We have designed an online facility allowing our customers to create their own unique patchwork quilt from a sumptuous new range of cotton fabrics. Our wide selection includes sensational prints from designers such as Kaffe Fassett and Philip Jacobs.

Using a combination of pattern, size, colour and template options, an online image of the quilt can now be composed to final design. Examples are shown on the quilt page to illustrate the wonderful effects that can be achieved. Our quilts and cushions give a room immediate impact with a glorious splash of colour and make perfect wedding presents, giving a modern twist to an age-old tradition.
