Returns & refunds policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to Quince Style within fourteen days of receipt for exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds will only be made after the returned items are received by Quince Style in the original packaging and are complete, unwashed and in perfect unused condition.
Except where an item is faulty, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s). You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as Quince Style cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
